Schedule Wizard

Prior to scheduling your interviews, we would recommend setting up your Interview Timeslots. After selecting Schedule Wizard, these can then be configured. Here, you can enter the desired date and time parameters for your interviews to run in. 

1. Start/End dates for interviews to run between.
2. Start/End time of interview period each day.
3. Duration of each interview time slot.
4. Length of break between each interview.
5. Location of interview.
6. Days you want to run interviews on during the start/end date.
7. Maximum number of timeslots across the entire start/end date.

In this section dates, times, interview duration and location can be created – different times, dates and durations can be set up for each location.

The locations which are already set up can then be chosen from the dropdown.

Please note – schedule wizard will need to be used for setting up each location

Select the days you want for the chosen location & click Generate. 

You’ll then see the generated timeslots (which can be removed by clicking the red X), and scroll to the bottom of this list and click Save to save the choices.

You can go back to the Schedule Wizard and repeat the above steps to add other locations – the dates and times can be the same as the first location or different.

Once the interviews are set up, you can View Calendar and this will display the timeslots for each location.
