In the event that an applicant booked their timeslot from My Profile needed to cancel/reschedule, they can do so by writing a comment and selecting cancel. HR or Hiring Managers can also do this via the Admin Portal.
This will then show a warning in the Interviewing Panel beside their application. When opened, the status will now read Pending Cancellation.
A notification will also appear for any HR / Hiring Managers via the dashboard.
To reschedule an interview, select View Details and update status to Vacant. From here, repeat the first steps of the process to issue out a new slot.
