Schedule Interviews - Offer Timeslots

Offering Timeslots to Applicants:

You will also be able to provide applicants with a list of available timeslots by creating a schedule wizard and following the below steps. You can either:

• offer applicants multiple interview slots
• offer applicants all available interview slots via Interview Notifications (these operate on a first come, first served basis), please see below:

Offer Applicants Multiple Slots:

If you would like to offer an applicant a number of slots, but not every slot, please see below:

Ensure your timeslots have been created via the Schedule Wizard, then open your calendar. 

Book an applicant onto the relevant time slots, then press save.

You will then need to notify the applicant of these timeslots; you can do this by pressing the letter icon beside one of the timeslots which they have been assigned to.

The Interview Notification screen will appear – fill in your template to notify the applicant of the available time slots, then press save.

The timeslots will then be available for the applicant to select. Once selected, their status will change to booked and the interview can then be performed.

Offer Applicants All Slots:

Another approach to booking interview slots is to send a notification to all applicants via My Profile, and allowing them to book onto any available slots. First, create your schedule wizard then select all applicants. Once selected, press the Interview Notifications button.

By clicking interview notifications, you can simply send applicants an email to inform them of an interview, or by selecting Offer all timeslots to applicants, their profile will be able to reply and book onto a specific timeslot.

This is the applicant’s perspective when booking a timeslot:

Once interview notifcations are sent out to the applicants, they’ll be able to choose a specific location to view all the available slots for that location.

Applicants can also choose all locations and then select a time from the list.

The applicant then has the ability to accept an interview slot, which will then update on the admin panel. The option to Perform Interview should now appear.
