The Standard User type should be utilised by the day-to-day users of GETGOT. This type of user will have the ability to configure and publish jobs and download application forms. A Standard User can:
- Create jobs and has full permission to access each stage of the workflow.
- Edit the job.
- Assign managers and users to stages but first, users/managers must be assigned to the job in ‘edit job’ page.
- View stats on job.
- View notifications and reports for jobs they are assigned to.
- Promote the jobs they are assigned to.
- Archive closed jobs and restore archived jobs.
- Process Applicants if assigned to job.
- Shortlist and perform reviews and see all panel reviews if they have been assigned.
- Schedule interviews using schedule wizard and can generate teams and zoom link for interview.
- Send interview invite to applicants.
- Process applicants at the interview stage based on outcome.
- Process applicants in applicant selection to successful or declined.
- Send offer letter, tasks and contract at the onboarding stage and process applicants.
- View application history per applicant on stages they are assigned to.
- Standard Users share access with other Standard Users.
- Can’t access organisation tab to add or configure application forms, email templates, Users, Data Protection Policies or Statements, Job Categories, Job Sub-Categories and Funding Organisations.
- Standard User can’t see monitoring information when application is downloaded.
