The Manager user type allows Managers to access the applicant’s shortlisting criteria responses, and other responses as appropriate, for specific recruitment exercises. Managers can be assigned to one or more recruitment exercises. The Manager user can:
- Review applicants if assigned to that stage.
- See stats for jobs that they have been assigned to.
- See all stages they have been assigned to.
- Managers have no access to edit application forms, email templates, create job, edit job, job categories or subcategories and data protection policies or statements.
- Shortlisting Options determine level of access a manager has to application forms per job.
- Manager users cannot edit jobs.
Hiring Manager:
- Operates with the same user permissions of a ‘Standard User’ when assigned to a job at the workflow stage.
