User Types

Admin – The Admin user type should be utilised by the supervisory user in the organisation. The Admin user will hold the highest level of access rights and be responsible for the maintenance of other user types. The Admin user is the only user type that can create a new application form template.

Regarding the ATS, only the Admin user can create email templates, Job Categories, Shortlisting Question Templates, Interview Question Templates and Onboarding Templates tasks.

Standard User – The Standard User type should be utilised by the day-to-day users of GETGOT. This type of user will have the ability to configure and publish jobs, download application forms, and download the applicant key monitoring and personal data.

For the ATS, the Standard User also sets up the Shortlisting, Interview Questions for the panel members (Managers) and what onboarding tasks are required for the specific role.

Monitoring – The Monitoring user type should be utilised by the monitoring officer or person responsible for the collation of monitoring data. This user type will only be able to access the monitoring data for candidates.

Manager – The Manager user type allows Managers to access the applicant’s shortlisting criteria responses, and other responses as appropriate, for specific recruitment exercises. Managers can be assigned to one or more recruitment exercises.

Hiring Manager - Operates with the same user permissions of a ‘Standard User’ when assigned to a job at the workflow stage.
