All changes have been made to the HR Admin view on GetGot.
- Admin Navigation Menu – Layout changes have been made to the HR Admin header menu.
- Competency Questions link has been moved to the main navigation header menu. It will sit under the ‘Organisation’ heading.
- Competency Categories – A new screen has been added for a company to configure their own competency categories. Competency questions can then be assigned to a category for easier searching in the ATS. This will sit under the ‘Organisation’ heading.
- Admin user type can now assign or reassign standard user types and manager user types to multiple jobs.
- Job Edit Layout Changes – Job edit layout has been reformatted into a tabbed approach, rather than all sections of the job edit appearing on one page.
- Copy Job Criteria and Additional Questions Search Function – Users can now search for specific job(s) which they want to copy existing criteria or additional questions from.
- Copy Job Criteria and Additional Questions Selection – Criteria and Additional questions can now be selected across multiple jobs at once.
- Create Job via GetGot Layout Change – Create job process has been amended to follow a tabbed approach.
- New ATS Page – All ATS Jobs – A new page has been added which displays all ATS jobs in one place. From here, a user can edit the ATS workflow or select a stage for an individual job.
- ATS Shortlisting and Interviewing – Reviewers can now upload documents to their review of an application in these stages. This document is visible to other users.
- Additional email notifications e.g. invite to 2nd interview are now logged in the applicant history.
- Job Upload from Hark – When job successfully uploads from Hark, the GetGot Admin page will open automatically on job edit page. (User may be presented with GetGot login page first)
- Bug Fixes:
- Incorrect email template was being selected at the applicant selection stage in the ATS.
- HTML tags removed from all areas of system.
- Incorrect stage was showing against applicants, e.g. an applicant was marked as interview complete but they had yet to do so.
