Competency Questions

You will need to login using an Admin login to set these up.  Competency questions can be added to a bank on the homepage and will be available for any job created on an organisations’ site.

From here, questions can be created for use in the shortlisting and/or interview processes. 

To add a competency question, click Create Question.

This will open up the screen below:

Add the question in the Question Title field, then select whether this should be deemed for Use in Shortlisting or Use in Interviews.  Then click Save.
