You will need to login with an Admin account to set these up. Additional Email templates are now available to be setup. These include Successful/Unsuccessful templates at each stage of the recruitment process, Offer Letter, Draft Contract and Interview Notification.
Email templates can be amended per communication if required which will not affect the template.
Click Create Email Template to create a new email template.
Select an Email Type from the list, then enter your subject and message body into the fields below.
Variables containing mail merge fields can be included by clicking on show beside the relevant group, selecting the relevant mail merge field and pasting this into the message body.
