The 5 stages in the image below can be edited, and this includes the ability to add or remove stages as required.
The workflow stages can be amended on a job-by-job basis by Standard Users/Hiring Managers. To access this, go to Recruitment > Process Applicants. Select your job and click Start.
Then click on the Select ATS Stage dropdown. This will display the stages for that job. Click Edit Workflow which will bring up the options below.
From within the workflow, there is the ability to edit the workflow of your recruitment exercise. You can change the order of some of the stages by dragging the tiles up/down.
You can also edit/delete stages, including the title, users assigned, email templates, and any review or shortlisting questions there may be, by clicking the 3 dots to the right of the stage.
When editing a stage in the workflow, it will appear as below:
The Title can be amended, and users can be assigned to the stage using the Assigned Users field.
Please Note: For users to be assigned to a particular stage they will need to be assigned to the job first.
For the shortlisting and interview stages, questions can also be added by assigned Standard Users/Hiring Managers for review by clicking the Add Question button. You can then select pre-built competency questions, pull questions from the application form, criteria/additional question tabs, or create a new custom question.
