Workflow stage summary
Stages allow applicants to move through the application process from the initial application to onboarding. Each job is assigned the 5 standard workflow stages below as default.
Process Applicants:
This is the first stage where you can view all completed applications for a job role and process them to the next suitable stage in the recruitment process.
Shortlisting:
Applications can be reviewed by one or more users/panellists by means of review/criteria questions. An applicant can then be assigned a pass/fail outcome by the panel which can be taken into consideration when processing applicants.
Interviewing:
This stage can be used to create interview time slots which can be sent to applicants through My Profile/PIN. After applicants have booked on to a slot, users can send Microsoft Teams/Zoom links to conduct the interview if required.
This stage also includes a place to set up interview questions, with the interviewer(s) completing a review on the system based on the applicants’ answers. After marking each question with either a pass or fail, an overall decision is calculated to help the panel decide whether the applicant has been successful.
Applicant Selection:
This stage acts as a holding area for any applicants after they have been deemed as successful or unsuccessful. Any successful applicants can be processed directly to the onboarding stage. Should a successful applicant at the onboarding stage decline an offer, or fail to meet onboarding tasks, the Applicant Selection stage can also hold reserve candidates.
Onboarding:
The Onboarding stage can be used to send offer letters, ask the applicant to complete a series of tasks, or issue a contract to any successful applicants. Applicant responses are also visible from this stage.
