Shortlisting Options

The job poster can select aspects of the application form to generate for the purposes of shortlisting. Checking the checkboxes Personal Details, Education, Employment, Criteria Questions, Additional Information, References or Monitoring (Or a multiple selection) will produce a secondary PDF for the HR team isolating these sections.

You can select as many sections as you require for shortlisting.   In this example, once the job closes, a batch PDF can be generated that will only contain the answers provided by the applicant in the Criteria Questions section.  This will also be anonymised and will only contain the applicant reference number as the identifier.
