Shortlisting

The job poster can select aspects of the application form to generate for the purposes of shortlisting. Checking the checkboxes Personal Details, Education, Employment, Criteria Questions, Additional Information, References or Monitoring (Or a multiple selection) will produce a secondary PDF for the HR team isolating these sections.

Shortlisting Options

You can select as many sections as you require for shortlisting.  In the example below, once the job closes, a batch PDF can be generated that will only contain the answers provided by the applicant in the Criteria Questions section.  This will also be anonymised and will only contain the applicant reference number as the identifier.



Generating Shortlisting PDFs

Shortlisting PDFs  can only be generated once the job has closed. This will generate PDFs from all completed applicants which will only contain the information from what you have configured on the job as the shortlisting section. To generate these, go to your closed job and click on the Stats button.  


Then click on the Generate Shortlist under the Shortlisting Forms section.


Please Note:  The shortlisting PDFs can be recreated if the wrong sections have been selected on the job edit page.  Click delete against the generated batch shortlisting PDF (this only deletes the generated PDF and does not affect the application), edit the shortlisting options on the job edit page and then regenerate the shortlisting batch.
