When a job has been created on PAMS only the standard user that uploaded the job will have visibility of it on GetGot. The user who uploaded the job or an admin user can assign other users to view and maintain the job. These standard users can also assign manager users to each job.
Assigned Managers - The Assigned Managers function allows users to select a particular manager that will be able to access the shortlisting criteria responses from applicants to the job. A manager user must be set up by the admin account on GetGot to be available in the dropdown list.

Assigned Users – This function is used to give Standard Users access to this job. You can assign as many users to a job as you wish.
