• Added a new "Hide Organisation Documents" option at job role level, allowing organisation-wide documents to be hidden for specific vacancies.
• Added a new "Allow Multiple Submissions" job-level setting. 
  1. Allows multiple applications to be submitted using the same email address when enabled for a vacancy. 
  2. Each application is assigned a unique applicant reference. 
  3. Supports agency-led recruitment processes and multiple application or CV submissions from a single account.
• Increased applicant file upload size limits within Onboarding to align with Job User upload limits.

• Applicants now receive an email confirmation when they accept or are booked onto an interview slot. 
• Added a new interview scheduling option to send only the next available interview slot to applicants, with subsequent slots becoming available as earlier slots are filled.
• In Shortlisting, review question outcomes are no longer mandatory before an overall shortlist decision can be submitted.
• Job users can now send additional onboarding tasks after previously issued tasks have been completed. Historical tasks, documents, and completion statuses remain if new tasks are issued.

• Added a new Display Name field for email templates. Templates can now be given user-friendly names, with the email type used as the default display name where none is provided.
• Added Title, Forename, and Surname fields to referee details and new mail merge fields are available for these through referee invitation templates.
