General
- Added the ability for users to mark all notifications as read.
ATS
- Added a new Withdrawn applicant status, available at every stage of the ATS process.
- Applicants can now upload multiple documents against an onboarding task, where enabled by a Standard User.
- Improved onboarding task visibility. Task statuses will now remain Open when an applicant has partially submitted documents and a Standard User has validated the submission.
- Enhanced visibility of applicant comments during interview scheduling. Comments are now shown within the interview stage timeslot and included in email notifications sent to users assigned to the job.
- Introduced a new onboarding status indicator to show whether onboarding is Complete or Incomplete. The Process Now action at the onboarding stage is now held within Application History, allowing users to return an application to a previous stage.
- Competency questions can now be copied from existing roles within both the Shortlisting and Interviewing stages, streamlining role setup and configuration.
EMAIL TEMPLATES AND COMMUNICATIONS
- Added a new mail merge field for Booked Interview Location.
- Interview locations are now automatically displayed to applicants when interview slots are scheduled.
REPORTS
- Introduced a new Question Key setting, allowing users to define whether responses are exported to the Monitoring CSV or Applications CSV.
