For employers who use GetGot to process applicants through the recruitment process, a Progress Status title will appear beside your submitted application.
There are five different stages that may display:
- Shortlisting
- Interviewing
- Applicant Selection
- Onboarding
- Declined
To find out more, you can select the Actions button -> ATS Details to find a more comprehensive breakdown of your progress so far.
