When applying for a vacancy through GetGot, you can choose to apply using either a Profile or a PIN.

Applying with a Profile
A GetGot Profile is designed to make applying for jobs quicker and easier.
By creating a Profile, you can:
- Save and return to partially completed applications
- View your previously submitted applications
- Create Job Alerts for organisations and categories that interest you
- Store frequently used information for future applications
- Reuse saved answers using the Autofill feature where available
These saved answers can then be used to populate application forms where the recruiting organisation has enabled the Autofill feature.

Applying with a PIN
A PIN application is a one-off application for a specific vacancy.
Applicants using a PIN can still save and return to a partially completed application, but they will not have access to the additional benefits available through a GetGot Profile.
PIN users cannot:
- View previously submitted applications
- Create Job Alerts
- Store and reuse saved answers across multiple applications
- Use Profile Autofill features
Which Option Should I Choose?
If you plan on applying for multiple vacancies or would like to save information for future applications, a GetGot Profile is recommended. A PIN is best suited for applicants who only wish to apply for a single vacancy without creating a profile.
