Promotional Options

If your Organisation has signed up to our GetGot Jobs Board you will be able to select specific jobs for extra promotion.

GetGot provides additional opportunities for your organisation’s roles to reach a wider audience. There are various promotional options available to your organisation on both the GetGot Jobs Board and with our media partners, The Irish News and Q Radio and their outlets.

You can choose to use a single option or use any combination of the above on a job by job basis. 

You will be given a promotions balance for one year.  Hallmark Solutions will provide a quarterly update providing you with a summary of slots that have been used and your remaining promotions balance.

How to utilise a promotion

Requests for promotions can be made by Standard GetGot Users assigned to the jobs on the GetGot Admin Panel. 

Click the Promotion button to access the promotions request form.

From here choose the Promotion Type.

Then choose the Promotion Week(s).

You can choose up to 4 weeks for the Promotion to run and cannot request a promotion more than 4 weeks in advance.

You can choose to promote your job to any combination of promotion options.  

To add another promotion option, click the Add Promotion.

Follow the same steps as above to add the additional promotion.

If you need to remove a promotion from the request form, simply click the Remove Promotion button.

Additional Instructions

You can also add additional instructions for your promotions using the comments section on the promotions request form:

This could be used to highlight something on your job that you want applicants to know about, e.g.   ‘this job is across various locations, such as, Belfast, Ballymena and Omagh’.  The comments section is particularly useful for promotions with Q Radio and The Irish News.
