Check Box

Check Box – A check box question requires the applicant to select one or more responses to a question in a multiple-choice style format. After clicking Add Question select Check Box.

With the check box question, you will provide the applicant with answers to choose from.  This will be under the Question Answers heading.  

Click the Add Answer button to add a new answer to the question.

Each time you click Add Answer a new textbox will appear, in these boxes type in the answers that will be available to applicants.

With the checkbox question you can also set rules on how many options can be selected by the applicant through the Restrict Number of Selections section.   If you leave this as 0 and 0 it means the applicant can select all options or select none, depending on whether the question is mandatory or not.  In this example I have set as a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2:

This means the applicant must select at least 1 answer but can only select 2 out of the 3.

Finally, once all of that is setup, the system will provide a preview of your question to show how the applicant will see this. 

When you have completed the question click Save.
