Adding Criteria Questions

Criteria Questions are to be added on a job per job basis. Clicking on the Edit button allows the users to add job related criteria questions.  Adding questions under the header of ‘Criteria Questions’ will classify these questions as Shortlisting Criteria questions and can be used by Organisation users to provide limited access for relevant managers.

There are a variety of question formats that can be utilised. To add a new criteria question, click on Add Question under the Criteria Questions heading.

Note:  Criteria questions can NOT be added to a job when it is live.

Every question type will require the following details:

Question Heading – This is a heading to summarise the question or place it in a group of questions, a heading could ‘Essential Criteria’ or ‘Driving Licence’.  This is an optional detail for every question.

Question – This is the actual question to be added.  This must be completed.

Mandatory Question – if selected, the applicant will be required to answer the question before they are able to submit their application.
