There are two ways to view notifications on the admin portal. At the top right of the page beside the user’s name there is a bell displaying the volume of notifications. Please note notifications are only available to Standard Users / Managers.
When the notification number is clicked, a dropdown menu will appear with the recent notifications. View all can be selected, or alternatively you can select the individual notification.
Different types of Notifications:
- Applicants’ response to an interview invite (if they accept or decline)
- Applicants’ response to an Offer Letter issued by HR/Hiring Manager
- Applicants’ response to any Tasks issued by HR/Hiring Manager
- Applicants’ response to Contract issued by HR/Hiring Manager
Below this, to the right of the screen there is a section to view recent notifications. Five of the most recent notifications will show in this section.
Selecting View All will open a new page where you can view all the notifications, or use the filters at the top of the screen.
Once you’ve selected View all or an individual notification, you’ll be brought to the screen below. Notifications can be filtered by the type: Events, Applicant Alerts, Job Alerts, Notices.
Notifications can also be searched for using keywords. To the right of each notification there is an arrow, which will expand the notification when clicked.
