Click on the Process Applicants button via either method displayed above to begin processing your applicants.
The below list will then appear:
The progress column to the right of the screen displays the number of applicants and how many have been processed. If processing has began on a job, the start button will change to Resume.
Find the relevant job with applicants to be processed, and click Start/Resume.
Within the applications list page, all completed applicants will be shown, alongside their applicant reference number. Their application can also be viewed in PDF format on this page.
The ability to search for personal details/job details criteria is available via the search bar, and advanced filters can also be applied to the applications. These allow you to filter information from the Application Form/Criteria Section/Additional Section, and can be used to determine if an applicant has/has not met any essential criteria.
