To setup your Offer Letter click on the View/Edit button under the Offer Letter column header.
After clicking on this, a pop-up screen will open where your Letter of Offer email template will appear (if created), and you can amend the subject, message body and attach any documents if necessary.
To upload a document in PDF format, click on the Choose File button and select a document saved on your computer.
Variables including Mail Merge fields are available to populate the email subject/body, you can view these by clicking the Show button in the information areas at the bottom of the screen:
Click on the field you want to include, which is shown with squared brackets and then paste this into your email subject or message body.
Please Note: Documents must be in a PDF format
Once you have completed your email content, click Save to send the offer letter to the applicant. Please note this is also available to the applicant via their Profile. You can then view what has been sent by clicking the View/Edit button followed by View Offer.
