You will only be able to view previously submitted application forms if you submitted these using a Profile account. PIN users will not be able to access previously submitted applications.
Login to your Profile and go to the Your submitted applications section. This will display all jobs that you have completed applications for using your Profile.
To view your submitted forms click Actions and then either Application Form or Monitoring Form to view your submitted forms in a PDF version.
