Request to change email address on profile account

Thanks for your email, we are the IT provider for GETGOT.

 

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the email address used with your GETGOT account. I would advise to download all the submitted applications on your profile and then create a profile account using the new email address. You can then copy across the information on your previous applications for use with the new profile.
