INTERVIEWING
- Email and system notifications are now generated when an applicant accepts an interview slot, providing confirmation of their selection.
ONBOARDING
- Added the ability to upload documents directly within the onboarding stage.
- Users can now manually update an applicant's offer status to Accepted or Declined during onboarding (without issuing communication).
- Enhanced onboarding email functionality to support up to five different email templates, allowing tailored communications to be sent alongside different onboarding tasks.
EMAIL TEMPLATES & COMMUNICATIONS
- Five additional email templates can be configured for use at the onboarding stage within Tasks.
REPORTS
- The Application CSV, Shortlisting, and Conflict of Interest reports are now available to standard users throughout the recruitment process, rather than only once a vacancy has closed. Application Status report is available to ATS users throughout the recruitment process.
